Job Overview

• Travel RN position in Damariscotta, Maine
• Specialty: SCU/IMC
• Shift options: 6a-6p or 6p-6a
• Guaranteed hours: 36 per week
• Weekend requirement: every other weekend minimum
• Call: none for core hours
• Contract length: 13 weeks

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Maine
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• Intermediate Care (5 years of experience)
• Intermediate Care experience within the last year
• Vasoactive drips experience
• Ventilator experience

Preferred Experience

• ICU/SCU experience

Work Setting

• Small unit with 8 beds
• Patient ratio ranges from 1:1 to 4:1
• Occasional float to medical-surgical
• Patient population includes SCU, IMC, medical-surgical, and rare swing patients

Equipment / Tools

• Ventilators
• Ceiling lifts
• Plumb pumps
• Feeding tubes
• Chest tubes
• SCD boots
