Job Opportunity: RN - Case Manager

Location: Ft. Walton Beach, Florida
Employment Type: Travel
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Hours per Week: 36 hours
Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, every other weekend required

Job Description

Backfill travel position for a Registered Nurse Case Manager in an acute hospital setting.
Requires acute (hospital) case management experience.
Must be knowledgeable in Meditech, Midas, and Interqual systems.

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Florida
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Minimum of 1 year of case management experience, including acute hospital case management within the last year
Experience in an acute care setting
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Proficient with MEDITECH, Midas, and Interqual systems, including Utilization Review (InterQual)

Acute care hospital with 309 beds.
Offers specialized services including open heart surgery, advanced primary stroke care, accredited cancer care, cardiovascular and trauma injury care.
Provides emergency services including main ER and pediatric ER.
