Overview
- Travel RN position in an adult ICU/CCU.
- Shift: 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
- Hours per week: 36.
- Contract length: 13 weeks.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Colorado.
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing.
- ICU - Intensive Care Unit (2 years of experience).
- ICU - Intensive Care Unit experience within the last year.
- Experience in a(n) Acute Care setting.
- ACLS.
- BLS.
- NIHSS.
Preferred
- Neuro certification.
- Neuro and trauma experience.
Unit Details
- Adult ICU/CCU with 30 beds.
- Typical patient ratio is 1 RN to 2 patients, with ratios sometimes increasing due to overflow.
- Procedures include rapid intubation, chest tubes, EVD, and care for LVAD and CCRT patients.
Work Environment
- Flexible and willing to change assignments mid-shift to accommodate acuity.
