Overview

Travel RN position in an adult ICU/CCU.
Shift: 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
Hours per week: 36.
Contract length: 13 weeks.

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Colorado.
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing.
ICU - Intensive Care Unit (2 years of experience).
ICU - Intensive Care Unit experience within the last year.
Experience in a(n) Acute Care setting.
ACLS.
BLS.
NIHSS.

Preferred

Neuro certification.
Neuro and trauma experience.

Unit Details

Adult ICU/CCU with 30 beds.
Typical patient ratio is 1 RN to 2 patients, with ratios sometimes increasing due to overflow.
Procedures include rapid intubation, chest tubes, EVD, and care for LVAD and CCRT patients.

Work Environment

Flexible and willing to change assignments mid-shift to accommodate acuity.
