Job Opportunity: Cath Lab Technologist

Location: Bemidji, Minnesota
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Summary

Assist physicians with heart catheterization procedures including peripherals, pacemakers, ablations, monitoring vitals, and charting. Work involves use of specialized equipment and sterile techniques in a 3 Cath Lab unit.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years recent Cath Lab experience (higher end of 2-5 years preferred)
• Experience with vascular, coronary, and device implants required
• Experience with EP (electrophysiology) procedures preferred
• ARRT certification required
• BLS (AHA) certification required
• Willingness to apply for the MN Net Study within 2 weeks of offer acceptance
• Prior travel experience: Not explicitly required

Preferred Qualifications

• RCIS or RCES certification preferred
• Epic charting experience highly preferred

• Carto mapping system

Schedule and Work Environment

• Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Call: 1-2 times per week, plus every 4th weekend
• Late team coverage 1-2 times per week (stay until procedures complete)
• No floating to other units

• Orientation and training details provided during interview
• Clinicians must badge in/out at facility
• Ceil Blue provided for staff
• Candidates living within 80 miles may have adjusted pay rates (not included here)
