Required Qualifications

Registered Nurse (RN)
Minimum 2 years of emergency room experience
BCLS
ACLS

Schedule Details

Every other to every 3rd weekend
Holidays in rotation with the team

Assignment Details

1:4 nurse-to-patient ratio
Floating is not typical, but may include Med Surg holds
2-shift orientation with a preceptor
Strong IV skills needed for lab draws
Charge nurse available
Nurse aides available on day and night shifts
RRTs, physicians, pharmacy, and security available 24/7

Clinical Setting

2 triage beds
5 treatment beds
1 trauma bay
Typical cases include cardiac and telestroke patients
Approximately 20 patients per day, with higher volume during flu season

Additional Notes

Scrubs: black or charcoal gray
