Job Description

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) needed for Long-Term Care (LTC) facility
• Must have a current, unrestricted Colorado nursing license
• LTC experience required
• MDS (Minimum Data Set) experience preferred

Certifications Required

• BLS/BCLS

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of nursing experience (based on specialty experience requirement)
• Prior travel experience is required

Contract Length

• 13 weeks

Additional Information

• Shared furnished housing available within city limits, includes Wi-Fi and cable
• No pets and no smoking allowed in housing
• Traveler’s permanent address must be at least 65 miles away from the facility (radius rule)
• Local travelers will not be considered
