Job Description
- Full-time position with 3 shifts per week, each 12 hours (7pm - 7am, night shift)
- On-call requirement: 2 shifts per month
- Provide compassionate hospice nursing care focused on end-of-life support
- Role involves symptom management, patient assessment, and critical thinking
- Act as a teacher to patients and caregivers, helping them set personal care goals and build confidence in caregiving
- Work in a home-like setting providing intensive medical care for patients who cannot be at home but prefer not to be hospitalized
- Support includes physical, emotional, social, and spiritual care
