Job Opportunity: Obstetrics / Med Surg Nurse
Location: Atlantic, Iowa
Employment Type: Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Job Description
- Provide nursing care in Obstetrics, including labor & delivery, postpartum, and recovery.
- Expected to float to the medical-surgical floor when there are no obstetric patients.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Iowa
- Minimum of 1 year of Labor Delivery Recovery & Postpartum (LDRP) experience, including recent experience within the last year
- Experience in Labor and Delivery nursing
- Experience in Medical-Surgical nursing
- Certifications required: ACLS, BLS, PALS, NRP, CPI, ENPC, RNFA, TNCC, AWHONN, NIHSS, STABLE, ASLS, NBSTSA, APHON
- Certification as CMA or RMA
- Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
