RN - 3N Long Term Observation Day Shift

Location

Zanesville, Ohio

Contract

13 weeks
Contract role

Schedule

Day shift (7a-7:30p)
36 hours/week
Every other weekend required
Taking call is very rare

Unit / Float Scope

Primarily works on 3 North Long Term Observation
May float to other Med-Surg units, including Respiratory, Stroke, and Cardiac
May also float to the ED if appropriately skilled/knowledgeable

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Ohio
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Active BLS
Active ACLS
Minimum 3 years of Telemetry experience
Telemetry experience within the last year
DOU - Direct Observation Unit experience
Must be able to read Telemetry/BCRA
Epic EMR proficiency required
Returning Genesis traveler within 9 months is the only exception to the stated start-date limitation

Additional Notes

Start date available is November 16th unless the RN is a returning Genesis traveler within 9 months
Will be tested on Telemetry/BCRA competency on day one
