Registered Nurse - Home Health

Location: Jackson, Michigan
Employment Type: Staffing - Supplier Sourced
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Summary

Under general supervision of the nursing supervisor, provide direct patient care in the home setting. Assess the need for other allied health care services such as physical therapy, occupational therapy, nutrition, speech pathology, and social work to ensure an integrated home health care delivery system. Perform other related duties as required.

Required Qualifications

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Michigan.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Home Health, including experience within the last year.
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN).
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association.
Experience working in a Home Health setting.
Proficiency with Epic electronic health record system.
Experience with OASIS (Outcome and Assessment Information Set) documentation.
