Overview
- Location: New York, New York
- Contract length: 13 weeks
- Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
- Hours per week: 37.5
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in New York
- Urology (2 years of experience)
- Urology experience within the last year
- One year or more of total travel experience
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing
- Ambulatory Care experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Epic experience
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver patient care, assess and evaluate patient needs, and apply critical thinking
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team on care development, implementation, and evaluation
- Educate patients and caregivers
- Communicate effectively and professionally with patients
- Prioritize all aspects of patient care
- Escalate potential safety hazards or gaps
- Document nursing practice using institutional information technology to support quality and performance improvement initiatives
