Position Summary

Seeking an experienced Care Manager for the Emergency Department with a strong clinical background and leadership capabilities. The role involves care coordination, utilization review, and discharge planning.


Requirements

  • Licensure: Registered Nurse (RN) licensed in the State of New York
  • Education: Baccalaureate degree required; Master’s Degree preferred
  • Certifications: PRI and Screen certification required within three months of employment
  • Experience:
    • Minimum 5 years of clinical experience as a Registered Nurse
    • Leadership experience preferred
  • Skills:
    • Experience with care coordination, utilization review, and discharge planning
    • Computer literacy required
  • Preferred: Bilingual Spanish certification in Case Management

Contract Length

  • 8 weeks
