Home health caseload averages 20–25 patients and about 4.5 visits per day
Daily travel may range from 25–60 miles depending on territory, census, and staffing
Float scope may include Medford, Antigo, and Wisconsin Rapids, with limited need
Responsibilities include Oasis admissions, all time points, episode management, doctor calls, coordination of care, timely EMR documentation, and clinical competencies in wound care, IVs, ports, lab draws, and chronic disease management
Charting uses Oasis and Epic Remote Client/Remote Care

Mileage is reimbursed at the government approved rate
Eligible for 36 hours of low-census unbillable hours
May be placed on call during low-census hours and receive call-back pay if called in
GSA hours are not guaranteed during orientation week
During flu season, declining flu and COVID vaccination requires wearing a mask at all times; compliance is mandatory
