Cares for patients across the lifespan, including a small pediatric population
Serves patients after illness, new diagnosis, injury, or surgery
Multidisciplinary team includes nursing, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, social work, and CNA staff

Comfort with IV site care, wound care, wound vac, and ostomies
Must be comfortable in all home types
May require lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 50 pounds
Ideal candidate is a hard worker, time manager, resilient, adaptable, and socially oriented

Solid color scrubs or business casual dress
Orientation length varies by role and experience
Laptop, corporate phone, and clinical bag with vital equipment/PPE are provided
Remote patient monitoring is used, including remote heart and lung sounds, 1-lead ECG capture, and video visits
