Pros
Awesome place to work!! Great people, welcoming staff, clean and organized hospital. Oh, and the nurses lounge is the best I've seen. Staff to patient ratios are good. There is a huge, well equipped gym and a daycare center on hospital property. As a dialysis nurse, I have the opportunity to interact with many departments. The nurses, management, physicians, pharmacists, techs, EVS, cafeteria, and the rest of the supporting staff have been wonderful! The town is very safe. It's kinda small, but everything you need is there. Lots of good restaurants.
Cons
I really can't think of anything bad to say about HaysMed.
