  • No back-to-back AM/PM shifts
• Weekends: Yes
• Call: If offered
• Holidays: 2 of 3 major holidays
• Float: Yes, to other campuses as needed

Experience Requirements

• Required: 5 years (higher value between 4-5 years stated)

  • Experience in endovascular and all orthopedic procedures

• Preferred:

  • Teaching hospital experience
  • Community hospital experience
  • Trauma I or II experience

• Prior Travel Experience: Not explicitly required

Certifications Required

• ARRT (Radiologic Technologist)
• Fluoroscopy
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• CST (Certified Surgical Technologist)

Additional Certifications (Preferred or May Be Required)

• ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support)
• PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program)
• TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course)
• CPI (Crisis Prevention Institute)
• Management of Assaultive Behavior (MAB)
• NIH Stroke Certification
• Chemotherapy Certification (if applicable)
• Electronic Fetal Monitoring (EFM)

Licensure

• Current, unencumbered State License for Radiology / Cardiology
• Must provide a copy of professional license
• State license verification required within 15 days prior to start

Required Documentation & Compliance

• Valid Driver’s License or Passport (photo ID, color)
• Background Check (within 90 days prior to start) including:

  • SSN Trace
  • 7-year Nationwide, County, and National Criminal searches
  • FACIS Level 3
  • National Sex Offender Registry
  • OIG Sanction Search
  • EPLS/GSA/SAM verification
• Education Verification (highest level completed)
• Physical Exam (within 90 days, signed by MD/DO/PA/NP/APRN)
• Fit Mask Test (within 90 days) with approved masks
• Immunizations and Health Requirements:

  • Tetanus/Diphtheria/Tdap (within 10 years or signed declination)
  • Negative TB test or Chest X-Ray (updated annually)
  • TB Questionnaire (updated annually)
  • MMR (Measles, Mumps, Rubella) proof of vaccination or positive titer
  • Hepatitis B positive titer or declination
  • Varicella vaccination or positive titer
  • Seasonal Flu Vaccination or declination (masking required during flu season)
• Drug Testing: Oral saliva drug screen within 30 days of start (rapid tests not accepted)
• Photo for Badge (passport style, no filters)
• Employment History Verification (past 3 years) and current resume (last 7 years)
• Competency Exams and Medication/Pharmacology Testing as applicable
• Color Blind Testing (Ishihara or Relias exam within 90 days)

Orientation & Competency

• Completion of facility-specific competencies and New Employee Orientation modules on first day
• Competencies must be completed within 14 days of start or assignment termination may occur
• Re-orientation required if absent from facility for more than 6 months
