Assignment Details
- Travel/contract role
- 13-week contract
- Day shift: 3x12 hours, 7:00 AM–7:30 PM
- 36 hours per week
- Guaranteed hours: 40
- First-time travelers accepted
- Weekend requirement: every other weekend
- May float within scope to meet facility needs
- May be asked to serve as charge RN during a shift
- Local candidates accepted
- One pre-approved RTO request allowed
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Maryland
- Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
- Pediatric Behavioral Health experience
- 2 years of Pediatric Behavioral Health experience
- Pediatric Behavioral Health experience within the last year
- Behavioral Health experience
- BLS issued by the American Heart Association
Work Setting
- Psychiatric inpatient float pool
- Float coverage across 19 inpatient units serving children, adolescents, and adults
Additional Requirements
- Fingerprinting must be completed in Maryland prior to start
- Government-issued photo ID
- 7-year background check
- Education verification for highest degree obtained
- EPLS/GSA/SAM check
- HHS/OIG check
- Sex offender search
- Maryland Medicaid exclusion list check
- 2 professional references within 2 years of start
