Responsibilities include pre/post-op appointments and minor in-office bedside procedures
Float within scope between like units as needed
Shift: Monday-Friday, Days, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (5x8 hour shifts)
No weekends or on-call required

Government-issued photo ID (Driver’s License/State ID)
Background check within 1 year covering all locations lived/worked in past 7 years
Physical exam within 90 days prior to start, confirming good health and ability to work without restrictions
Fit test for N95 mask (specific models required), valid within 90 days and renewed annually
Immunizations and health screenings:
- Tdap within 10 years or declination form
- Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 90 days
- MMR (Measles, Mumps, Rubella) vaccination or positive titer; declination accepted for Mumps and Rubella only
- Hepatitis B series, titer, or declination
- Varicella vaccination, documented history, or declination
- Seasonal flu vaccination or medical/religious exemption (no declinations accepted)
Drug screening: 10-panel urine drug screen within 90 days prior to start
COVID vaccination highly preferred; declination form required if not vaccinated
Radiation badge required if assigned to units with radiation exposure (process may take 5-7 days before starting floor work)

Travelers may be assigned to emergency response teams during hurricane season (June-November), especially peak months August and September
Locals may be considered on a case-by-case basis
Return-to-Office (RTO) restrictions must be submitted with application and are subject to facility approval
