• 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM

Contract Length

• 13 weeks

Unit Overview

• Fast-paced ICU caring for neurological diseases and disorders, including seizures and strokes
• Also receives overflow ICU patients from Medical Surgical ICU and Heart and Vascular ICU

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Ohio
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• ICU - Intensive Care Unit (2 years of experience)
• ICU - Intensive Care Unit experience within the last year
• Stroke experience
• ACLS
• BLS issued by American Heart Association
• NIHSS
• Experience with Epic

Work Expectations

• Must be available to work every other weekend and holiday
• Traveler will be first to float at the employer’s discretion
• May float within the specialty cluster and to other campuses in the Dayton area

Compliance / Onboarding Notes

• Current resume/application required
• 2 references from within the last 2 years, with 1 from a Manager, Supervisor, or Charge RN
• Skills checklist required within 1 year prior to documentation due date and updated annually
• Background check, drug screen, and health documentation are required as part of onboarding
• RTO must be requested with initial submission and cannot be added after offer
