Overview

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Kentucky
• ED - Emergency Department (2 years of experience)
• ED - Emergency Department experience within the last year
• BLS issued by American Heart Association
• ACLS
• NIHSS
• TNCC
• PALS
• CPI
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• Driver's License

Job Expectations

• Float within scope of practice
• Every other weekend required
• Blocked scheduling cannot be accommodated

Submission / Compliance Notes

• Must reside at least 75 miles from the facility
• Assignment confirmation must be signed within 24 hours of offer
• Driver’s license required in the submission packet
• References: 2 within 1 year of start, with at least one from a supervisor or higher
• Work history verification for the past 7 years is required
• Background, drug screening, and health documentation are required before start
