Job Overview

Location: Escondido, California
Employment type: Travel/Contract
Shift: Nights, 3x12-hour schedule
Weekly hours: 36
Contract length: 13 weeks

Role Details

Labor and Delivery RNs float to Postpartum.
May also float to Poway Campus.
Local candidates are not accepted.
First-time travelers are not accepted.

Required Qualifications

Valid California RN license.
Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
2 years of Labor and Delivery experience.
Labor and Delivery experience within the last year.
One completed travel assignment.
ACLS.
BLS issued by the American Heart Association.
NRP.
EFM.

Additional Notes

Cerner EMR charting is used.
Background check, drug screen, references, employment application, skills checklist, and multiple health/documentation items are required before start.
Online orientation and facility-specific training are required.
