Required Qualifications

Valid Physical Therapist license in Texas
ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association or Canadian Heart & Stroke Foundation
BLS issued by American Heart Association or Heart and Stroke Foundation

Additional Notes

Government-issued photo ID is required
Social Security card is required as applicable for I-9
Background check, education verification, references, employment application, skills checklist, and health screening documentation are required as part of onboarding
