Overview
- Travel/contract role in New Haven, Connecticut
- 13-week assignment
- Day shift, 3x12 hours, 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM
- 36 hours per week
- Short-term acute care, Level I trauma center
Unit Details
- Neuro ICU
- Average nurse-to-patient ratio: 1:2 on days and nights
- Floating within scope may be required
- Every other weekend required
- Block scheduling is not available
- Guaranteed hours included
- First-time travelers accepted
- RTO greater than 7 days requires approval
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Connecticut
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- ICU - Intensive Care Unit (2 years of experience)
- ICU - Intensive Care Unit experience within the last year
- Neuro ICU experience
- NIHSS
- ACLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
Additional Notes
- On-site charting system: Epic
- Parking is available for $125 per month
