Provide and coordinate home nursing care based on physician orders and agency policies
Directly supervise and evaluate home health aides and licensed practical/vocational nurses
Typical caseload is 5–8 patients per day
Travel to home visits and periodic office meetings
Territory may require travel up to 75 miles from the home clinic

Weekend position
On-call may be needed, but is not typically required
Standard schedule may vary by location; some assignments may use 4x10 Baylor shifts or 5x8 Monday–Friday
