PT Home Health

Role Overview

• Home health PT assignment with home visits and periodic office meetings.
• Patients may be seen in patient homes and facilities.
• Average caseload is 5–6 patients per day.
• Productivity expectation is 30 points per week.
• The assignment is 13 weeks.
• Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapist license in South Carolina.
• Physical Therapist (1 year of experience).
• Physical Therapist experience within the last year.
• One completed travel assignment.
• BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
• Experience working with Adult patients.
• Experience in a Home Health setting.
• Driver's License.
• Experience with Homecare Homebase.

Preferred

• None stated.

Work Setting

• Home health.
• May float to a nearby clinic if patient census is low.
