Description: We are seeking a licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders. This role requires at least 2 years of experience, ideally in hospital, outpatient, or educational settings. The SLP will work closely with interdisciplinary teams and patients to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
Floating within the facility or department may be required. Weekend or holiday shifts may apply. Missed shifts must be made up. Compliance and onboarding typically take 4–6 weeks. Voice screening and a hiring manager interview are required.

Join a leading healthcare provider as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Home Health Therapy/Rehabilitation in St. Louis, MO. This contract position offers an opportunity to make a difference in patients' lives while enjoying a supportive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:

 <li>Conduct home health visits, averaging 6 visits per day.
 </li><li>Provide speech therapy services to patients in their homes.
 </li><li>Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Requirements:
<ul>
 <li>Minimum of 1 year of experience required; first-timers accepted.
 </li><li>Current BLS certification.
 </li><li>Experience in home healthcare is required.
 </li><li>Must be flexible for weekend shifts as needed.
 </li><li>SLP will cover the GSL St Charles, West, and South teams.
 </li><li>Local candidates are welcome; must be within a 40-80 mile radius.
 </li><li>RTO restrictions: No more than 7 days.

Compensation &amp; Benefits:

 <li>Weekly gross pay ranges from $2,384 to $2,510.
 </li><li>Mileage reimbursement at $0.55 per mile.
 </li><li>Guaranteed hours of 3 shifts per 13 weeks.
