Overview
- Travel/contract role in Franklin, Tennessee
- 13-week assignment
- Night shift: 3x12 hours, 18:30–7:00
- Start date: ASAP
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Tennessee
- Med Surg (2 years of experience)
- Med Surg experience within the last year
- One completed travel assignment
- BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Health and Compliance Requirements
- Criminal background check within 60 days of start, covering all locations lived/worked/in school for the past 7 years
- Education verification
- SAM required within 30 days of start
- OIG required within 30 days of start
- Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 60 days of start
- Negative drug screen within 60 days of start
- Physical exam within 1 year of start
- Flu vaccine or approved medical/religious exemption during flu season
- Measles, mumps, and rubella immunity or vaccination documentation
- Hepatitis B immunity, vaccination, or signed declination
- Varicella immunity, vaccination, or history of chicken pox
- CPI certification required for ER, CCU, Inpatient Peds, ER Peds, and Nursing Admin Float
- Orientation safety manual acknowledgement
- Driver’s license or state ID copy
- E-Verify
- Background hits must be sent for facility approval
- Candidate must review the lunch and break policy
Preferred
- Initial series of COVID vaccines, if received
