Job Overview

Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapist license in Ohio
- Physical Therapist (1 year of experience)
- Physical Therapist experience within the last year
- BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
Assignment Details
- Patient volume: 6.5 patients per day
- Visit types: SOC, ROC, recertifications, evaluations, and visits
- Common patient diagnoses: CHF, orthopedic, pneumonia
- Orientation: 2 weeks with a preceptor
- Guaranteed hours: 40 per week
