Physical Therapist - Inpatient Rehab

Location: Rockville, Maryland
Employment Type: Travel/Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Details

• Work schedule: 5 shifts per week, including 3 weekend shifts per quarter
• Shift hours: Day shift, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (8 hours per day, 40 hours per week)

Required Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapist license in Maryland
• Minimum of 1 year of Physical Therapist experience, including experience within the last year
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Experience working in a Rehabilitation setting

Compliance and Documentation

• I9 or attestation proof required
• E-Verify proof or attestation required
• Education verification: Transcript, diploma, or third-party education verification required (highest degree completed)
• Fingerprinting: Maryland CJIS/DSS/FBI fingerprint results required for all travelers in behavioral health units or campuses; must be completed in Maryland at least 5 business days before start with clear results before starting
• Photo for badge: Recent passport-style photo meeting specific criteria required before start
• Facility is a smoke/nicotine-free campus; no nicotine/cotinine allowed
• Background checks including EPLS/GSA/SAM and HHS/OIG required within 30 days of start and updated for contract renewals
• Attestation of prior radiation exposure required if applicable (not typical for PT)
