Overview

Provides rehabilitative treatment under the supervision and direction of a Physical Therapist. Duties include therapeutic exercises, manual techniques, ambulation, modalities, use of supportive and assistive devices, patient progress monitoring, documentation, treatment-minute recording, participation in meetings and trainings, support with DME/supplies, and supervision/support of students under PT guidance.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy Assistant license in Oklahoma
• Physical Therapy Assistant (1 year of experience)
• Physical Therapy Assistant experience within the last year
• Experience in a Long Term Care setting

Additional Notes

• New graduates may be considered if they have Level II experience rather than only Level I observation experience.
• Must have active OT license at time of submission.
