• Job Title: CT Technologist
• Location: Redding, California
• Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM (12-hour shift)
• Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (LTA)
• Contract Length: 52 weeks (1 year)

Required Qualifications

• Valid CT Technologist license in California
• Minimum of 2 years of CT Technologist experience, including experience within the last year
• Current BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association or Red Cross
• Completion of workplace violence prevention training (DCI/BVP)

Health and Safety Requirements

• COVID-19 vaccination: 2 doses plus booster or documented declination
• Influenza vaccine or declination (declinations not accepted at this location during flu season Nov 1 - Mar 31)
• Hepatitis B immunization record or immunity proof (declinations not accepted at this location)
• MMR vaccination or positive immunity titer
• Varicella vaccination or immunity proof
• Tdap vaccination as an adult (declinations not accepted at this location)
• Tuberculosis test within 1 year of start date
• Annual respirator fit test (3M 1860(s) mask or as directed)
• Annual physical/health statement confirming clearance to work (must be completed within 60 days of start)
• Drug screening: Minimum 10-panel urine test excluding THC plus psychoactive THC saliva test (California law compliant, within 60 days of start)
• Color-blind test (annual)

Additional Onboarding Requirements

• Two professional references required, including at least one from a manager or direct supervisor
• Resume reflecting accurate and recent work history at time of offer acceptance
• Prime agency attestation form completed after all credentials are uploaded
• Employment eligibility verification (Form I-9 or agency attestation)
• Facility-specific badge photo (clear headshot, JPEG format)

Notes

• Prior travel experience is not specified as a requirement.
• This position is a long-term assignment with a 12-hour day shift schedule.
• All immunization declinations are not accepted at this location for certain vaccines as noted.
• Specialty and core competency exams can be completed via approved online platforms.
