Contract Length: 13 weeks

Role involves Pediatric Social Work with a focus on discharge planning and case management.
Responsibilities include crisis intervention, grief and bereavement support, and discharge planning.
Work is team-based with patients on multiple floors.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

Valid Social Worker license in Mississippi
Minimum of 2 years of Social Work experience, including experience within the last year
Experience working with Pediatric patients in an Acute Care setting
Case Management experience
Proficient with Epic electronic health record system
BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association
