Location: Lincoln, Nebraska
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Requirements

• Certifications:

  • BLS (Basic Life Support) required
  • ARRT-CT (Certified CT Technologist) required
• Experience:

  • X-ray or CT experience preferred
• Prior Travel Experience: Not explicitly required

Job Details

• Call Requirements:

  • Rotational call, approximately 1 every 4 weekends and weekday call required
• Work Environment:

  • Department includes CT, X-ray, OR, Endoscopy, Emergency Department coverage
  • Use of GE VCT 64 slice and GE Revolution 128 slice CT scanners required
  • EMR system: EPIC
  • PACS system: McKesson
• Shifts & Scheduling:

  • Varied shifts, schedule made by supervisor
  • Weekend and holiday work required
• Orientation:

  • 1-2 shifts of unit/department specific orientation

Additional Information

• Radiation badge provided by client
• Driver’s license required to verify distance compliance (must live within 50 miles radius)
• Candidates cannot be currently employed full time, part time, or PRN with any facility associated with CommonSpirit, CHI, or Dignity
• Fingernail policy: Artificial nails prohibited in patient care areas; refusal to comply may lead to contract termination
• Successful candidates are flexible, positive, and willing to learn and work
• Response time for call is varied
• Return to Office (RTO) needed within 7 days or less from contract start; no additional RTO approvals
