Required Qualifications

• BLS (AHA)
• Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) via NBRC or Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) via NBRC
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program)
• 2 years of experience with travel experience required, or 4 years of experience with travel experience preferred
• Must have one supervisor reference from the most recent/current assignment
• DOB and SSN needed

Assignment Details

• 12-hour night shifts
• 36 hours per week
• Covers adults, peds, and neonate patients
• Areas covered include inpatient, PCU, ICU, ER, L&D, and nursery
• Float scope includes the whole hospital, with proficiency in ICU and ER
• Job duties include adult therapy, EKGs, aerosol treatments, and Vent/Bipap management
• RTs assist with adult intubation
• Supervisor on every shift; supervisor takes patient assignments
• No set schedule
• Weekend requirement is about every other weekend
• Holiday coverage as needed
• 60–70 treatments per day
• Pewter Gray scrubs
• 8 hours of non-billable orientation, plus modules before day 1
• Department-specific orientation: 2 shifts

• Zero tolerance for hits on license or background check, regardless of how long ago
• Must be able to work independently and well with others
• All clinicians must clock in and out at the facility
