Sleep Disorder Lab Polysomnographic Technologist

Role Overview

Sleep Disorder Lab - Polysomnographic Tech
Prepares adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients and equipment for sleep disorders testing.
Monitors the polysomnogram and documents per policy.

Required Qualifications

Polysomnographer (2 years of experience)
Polysomnographer experience within the last year
1 year of experience in sleep study activity
Demonstrated expertise in sleep disorders, sleep activity, abnormalities, movement arousals, and respirations
Current American Heart Association Basic Life Support Certification (BLS)
Current and unrestricted certification or registration in one of the following: Board of Registered Polysomnographic Technologists (BRPT) or Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT)

Holiday Requirement

Must work 2 major holidays out of 3: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day
Must work 1 minor holiday: The Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or New Year's Eve
