- Location: Des Moines, Iowa
- Shift: 07:00 - 19:30
- Schedule: Every other weekend / every other holiday
- Contract length: 26 weeks
- Employment type: Long-term assignment
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Iowa
- ICU - Intensive Care Unit (1 year of experience)
- ICU - Intensive Care Unit experience within the last year
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
- ACLS issued by American Heart Association
- NIHSS
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Onboarding Requirements
- License/certificate verification
- Resume, skills checklist within 1 year, and 2 professional references
- Criminal background check
- Education verification
- Drug screen completed within 30 days of start
- MMR, varicella, hepatitis B, Tdap, COVID-19, and fit test documentation
- Physical/health statement within the last year
- Confidentiality, conflict of interest, code of conduct, I-9, system access, and non-employee forms
- OFAC, EPLS, GSA/OIG, Iowa registry, child/adult dependent abuse training, and Joint Commission testing
- Specialty-specific competency testing
- Color vision documentation
