Work Schedule

• 40 hours per week
• Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday

Credential and Compliance Requirements

Personal Health History

• MMR Vaccine or Immunity: Documentation of two measles, two mumps, and one rubella vaccine OR two MMR vaccines OR proof of immunity via blood test. Required for onboarding.

• Hepatitis B Vaccine: Strongly preferred but optional.
• Tdap Vaccine: Preferred but optional.

Professional Requirements

• Criminal Background Check: Within 45 days prior to start date; updated if >6 month break. Includes county and international searches if applicable. Required for onboarding.
• Massachusetts CORI Check: Within 30 days prior to start date; updated if >6 month break. Required for onboarding.
• National Sex Offender Check: Within 30 days prior to start date; updated annually. Required for onboarding.
• Exclusion Checks: Within 30 days prior to start date; updated annually. Includes OIG, GSA, MassHealth, and NH Medicaid lists. Required for onboarding.
• Social Security Number Trace: Must be run with criminal check covering last 7 years. Required for onboarding.
• Education Verification: Verified through background check company; must verify highest level of education. Required for onboarding.
• License/Certificate Verification: Primary source verification within 30 days prior to start date and updated upon expiration. MA Conditional Licenses not accepted. Required for onboarding.

Submission Requirements

• Resume: Include past 7 years of work experience with city and state. Required for submission.
• References: Two recent references, at least one supervisor or above in the skillset. Required for submission.
