- Location: Boston, Massachusetts
- Employment type: LTA
- Contract length: 13 weeks
- Schedule: Flexible; options include rotating days/nights, straight nights, or straight days
- Availability needed: Every other weekend and every other holiday
- Work setting: Floats throughout Medicine units
Required qualifications
- Valid RN license in Massachusetts
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Float experience within the last year
- 1 year of float experience
Submission requirements
- Resume including the past 7 years of work experience
- 2 references from within the past 4 years, including at least 1 supervisor or above in the skillset
- Skills checklist completed within 1 year of submission
- Candidate submission coversheet
Onboarding requirements
- Background checks and screenings required before start
- Education verification of highest level completed
- Fit test required within 365 days of start and updated annually
- Respirator medical clearance attestation required if fit test is required for the skill
- MMR documentation or proof of immunity
- TB screening documentation within 3 months of start, with updated documentation after a break in service
- Health statement signed by an MD, DO, NP, or PA
- Criminal background check
- Massachusetts CORI check
- SSN trace
- National sex offender check
- Exclusion checks
- Confirmation of assignment/POI form
- Beeline attestation
Optional items
- Positive PPD documentation may require a negative chest x-ray
- Name change documentation may be needed if legal name differs from credential records
