MRI Technician

Location: Dover, New Hampshire
Assignment Type: Long-Term Assignment (LTA)
Contract Length: 12 weeks
Shift: Friday, Saturday, Sunday, 7:30 AM – 8:00 PM (3x12 hour day shifts)

Job Description

• 12-week assignment at Lee, NH location
• Work primarily with Philips equipment and Epic software

Required Qualifications

• Valid MRI Technologist license in New Hampshire
• Minimum of 1 year of MRI Technologist experience within the last year
• ARRT (M) certification
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by American Heart Association or Red Cross
• Experience with Epic software

Required Credentials and Compliance

• Professional license and certification primary source verification within 30 days of start date
• Fit Test for N95 respirator within 365 days of start date, updated annually (no exemptions allowed)
• Respirator Medical Clearance attestation (if fit test required)
• Documentation of MMR vaccination or immunity proof
• TB test documentation within 3 months of start date, updated if break >6 months
• Physician health statement within 365 days of start date, updated if break >6 months
• Criminal background check within 45 days prior to start date, updated if break >6 months (includes international residence/travel screening)
• National sex offender registry check within 30 days of start date, updated annually
• Exclusion checks (OIG, GSA, MassHealth, NH Medicaid) within 30 days of start date, updated annually
• New Hampshire state criminal background and BAAS checks within 30 days prior to start date, updated if break >30 days
• Education verification of highest level achieved
• Social Security Number trace for past 7 years addresses
• Skills checklist completed within 1 year of submission
• Submission of resume with past 7 years of work experience including city and state
• Two professional references within 4 years, including at least one supervisor or higher in skillset
• Confirmation of assignment/POI form required for initial assignments and extensions

Additional Notes

• Positive TB skin test requires documentation of a negative chest x-ray after the positive test
• Name change documentation required if credential names do not match legal name
• Fit testing cannot be performed onsite; must be completed prior to assignment start
• No religious or medical exemptions allowed for fit testing
• All credential and compliance documents must be current and updated as required
