Job Overview

Required Qualifications

• Echo-Vascular Technician experience
• 2 years of experience
• Experience within the last year
• BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross

Onboarding / Compliance Requirements

• Skills checklist completed within 1 year prior to start and updated annually
• Core competencies current within 1 year prior to start, with a passing score of 80% or higher, and updated annually
• Competency exam completed within 1 year of start with a passing score of 80% or higher
• Criminal background check completed within 30 days prior to start, including SSN address trace, county criminal searches for all counties lived/worked/in school in the last 7 years, national criminal check, NSO, OFAC, OIG, SAM, 3rd-party education verification, last 5 years of employment verification, and driving record
• Drug screen: negative 10-panel within 30 days prior to start
• Badge photo in JPEG format

Health and Immunization Requirements

• MMR
• Fit test
• Hepatitis B
• TB test
• Health statement signed and dated within 1 year of start, stating ability to work without restrictions
• Varicella
• Tdap
• Annual TB questionnaire
• Eye exam and color vision testing using Ishihara Color Test and Snellen Vision test within 1 year prior to start

Optional / Conditional Items

• COVID-19 vaccine or exemption accepted
• Influenza vaccine or approved exemption accepted
