Location: Baton Rouge, Louisiana
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (LTA)
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: 6:45 PM – 7:15 AM (12-hour shifts)
Schedule: 0.9 FTE (72 hours/week), 3 shifts per week, every other weekend rotation
Job Description
- Provide respiratory therapy services as a Registered Respiratory Therapist.
- Work primarily 12-hour night shifts with a rotating weekend schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Respiratory Care Practitioner license in Louisiana.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Respiratory Care Practitioner, including experience within the last year.
- Respiratory Care Practitioner credential from the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC).
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification issued by the American Heart Association.
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
Additional Notes
- This position requires working every other weekend.
- The role is a 0.9 FTE, approximately 72 hours per week.
- Prior travel experience is not specified as required.
