Role focus

• Must have extensive experience with surgical patient population and telemetry.

Required Qualifications

• BLS certification, AHA.
• ACLS certification, AHA.
• Active license with primary source verification within 30 days prior to start.
• Driver’s License/State ID must be current, not expired, and match the address on file.
• Nursys verification within 30 days prior to start.
• At least two professional references.
• Ascension Skills Checklist completed within one year of start and updated annually.
• Ascension Education Verification completed within 90 days of start.
• Ascension Employment Verification for the past seven years.
• Ascension Criminal Background Check Results.
• Ascension EPLS.
• Ascension OFAC.
• Ascension 12 Panel Drug Screen within 30 days prior to the first assignment.
• Ascension Pharmacology Exam completed prior to start.
• Ascension Medical Surgical Exam completed prior to start.
• Ascension Core Competencies completed within a year of start.
• Ascension EKG Exam completed prior to start.
• Ascension Onboarding Requirements Education Attestation.
• Ascension Nursing Contract Worker Onboarding.
• Ascension Badge Photo.
• Fit Test.
• Health Statement.
• Influenza Vaccine.
• Tdap.
• MMR.
• Hepatitis B.
• Varicella.
