Cath Lab Tech

Location: Bartlesville, Oklahoma
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (13 weeks)
Shift: 06:45 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Summary

• Assist with procedures and provide diagnostic aid by conducting organ or body scans on patients.
• Prepare and position patients, selecting anatomic and technical parameters accurately.
• Prepare and administer contrast media and medications within scope of practice and regulations.
• Observe patients during procedures, report abnormal activity, and monitor protocols for updates.
• Follow radiation safety procedures and guidelines.
• Perform specialized imaging procedures including angiography, complex vascular and nonvascular interventional and therapeutic procedures.
• Assist Radiologist/Physician Assistant during procedures.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory agency standards.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Cath Lab Technologist license in Oklahoma.
• Minimum of 1 year of Cath Lab Technologist experience, including experience within the last year.
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association.
• Certification by Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI).
• Certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).

Additional Information

• Prior travel experience is not explicitly required.
• Contract length is approximately 13 weeks.
• Flu season mask policy applies if influenza vaccine is declined during October 1 through March 31.
• Specialty skills checklist and other competency assessments must be completed and updated annually.
• Onboarding includes completion of a medical imaging contract worker education attestation and other facility-specific requirements.
