Job Opportunity: RN Cardiac Stepdown - Nights

Location: Indianapolis, Indiana
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (13 weeks)
Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM

Job Description

Provide nursing care for surgical patient population with telemetry monitoring.
Must have extensive experience with telemetry patients.
Prior experience and certification in Ventricular Assist Device (VAD) care required.

Required Qualifications

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Indiana.
Minimum of 1 year of Cardiac Stepdown experience, with recent experience within the last year.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association.
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification.
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN).
Prior experience with Ventricular Assist Device (VAD) care.
Experience with telemetry patient care.
