Job Opportunity: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Skilled Nursing

Location: Elmira, New York
Employment Type: Travel
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description

Work evening shifts on a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) unit with 21 residents.
Administer all medications and treatments.
Carry out physician orders.
Take vital signs and provide G-tube feedings.
Notify supervisor of any concerns.
Assist and guide CNAs with their assignments and provide help as needed.
Schedule includes every other weekend, 8-hour shifts.

Required Qualifications

Valid LPN / LVN license in New York.
Minimum of 1 year of Long Term Care experience, with recent experience within the last year.
Experience as an LPN / LVN.
Med Surg experience.
Skilled Nursing experience.
Experience in a Post Acute setting.
Experience in a Rehabilitation setting.

Schedule & Work Environment

Evening shift on a Skilled Nursing Facility unit.
8-hour shifts, working every other weekend.
Responsible for direct patient care and medication administration.
Collaborative work with CNAs and nursing team.

Prior Travel Experience

No explicit requirement for prior travel experience mentioned.
