Role Overview

Home hospice RN position.

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Virginia
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Hospice Palliative Care RN (1 year of experience)
Hospice Palliative Care RN experience within the last year
Experience in a(n) Home Care setting
BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross

Additional Requirements

E-Verify
Fit test on site if hired upon arrival
7-year criminal background check
Motor vehicle/driving record review
Virginia State Police check
Fingerprinting
TB screening
Physical exam within the last 12 months
Drug screen within the last 12 months
Flu vaccination or approved exemption during flu season
COVID vaccine series preferred only
Measles, mumps, rubella, varicella, and hepatitis B documentation
Photo for badge
Confidentiality, dress code, safety, drug-free, scrub colors, fingernail, and hand hygiene policy acknowledgements
