Neuro ICU RN

Job Overview

Travel/contract RN role in Columbia, Missouri
Night shift: 3x12 hours, 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
36 hours per week
Float to ICU and Med Surg
Patient ratio: 1:2
Every other weekend
50% of holidays and weekends required
No locals within 50 miles

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Missouri
Neuro ICU (1 year of experience)
Neuro ICU experience within the last year
ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Stroke experience

Preferred Qualifications

Work Conditions

Rotating shifts
Holiday coverage required
Work during inclement weather may be required
Frequent ambulation, reaching, and moving objects up to and over 20 lbs
Exposure to contagious illnesses may occur

Contract Length

13 weeks

Additional Notes

Must be able to work the full term of the assignment
Must be able to take call
Must be able to work assigned weekends
