Role Highlights

• Mixed high-acuity unit
• Charge RN experience is preferred for helping with charge duties as needed

• Weekend requirement: every other weekend
• No block scheduling
• No local travelers; candidates must live more than 30 miles from the facility
• No RTO during the first or last week of the assignment
• Mandatory clinical orientation week: 5 shifts, about 36–40 hours

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Florida
• Med Surg / Telemetry experience within the last year
• 2 years of experience in Med Surg / Telemetry
• ACLS issued by the American Heart Association
• BLS issued by the American Heart Association
• NIHSS
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• Experience in Charge roles
• 1:6 patient ratio experience
• Floating within scope
• Total joints experience
• Rapid Response experience
• Orthopedics experience
