Job Overview

• Travel/contract role in Fayetteville, Arkansas
• 13-week assignment
• Day shift: 4x10-hour shifts, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Full-time schedule with rotating call and rotating weekends

Required Qualifications

• Valid Cath Lab Technologist license in Arkansas
• Cath Lab Technologist experience with at least 2 years of experience
• Cath Lab Technologist experience within the last year
• 2 or more years of total travel experience
• Experience with Cerner

Schedule Expectations

• Call required at least 1 day per week, up to 2 days if needed
• Rotating weekends, every 3rd weekend

Compliance / Onboarding Requirements

• Government-issued photo ID
• Proof of E-Verify or attestation
• 7-year criminal background check covering all locations lived/worked in the past 7 years
• EPLS/GSA/SAM search
• HHS/OIG search
• Diploma or official transcript
• Education verification
• Primary source verification of state license
• Color blind exam
• Initial physical, updated annually
• Fit test within 12 months of start
• Tdap within 10 years of start
• Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 1 year of start
• Measles, mumps, rubella, hepatitis B, and varicella documentation
• Negative 10-panel drug screen within 30 days of start
• Flu vaccination or approved exemption during flu season
• 2 clinical references
