Job Overview

Role Details
- Most shifts are scheduled at one clinic per day.
- Multiple clinics in a single day are rare.
- Schedules are assigned one week in advance.
- Reassignment to another site may happen after schedules are released, with at least 2 hours’ notice.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Arizona
- Infusion (1 year of experience)
- Infusion experience within the last year
- ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- ONS
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Additional Requirements
- Current government-issued photo ID
- Background check within 1 year of start, covering all locations lived/worked in the past 7 years, including all aliases
- EPLS/GSA/SAM search within 30 days of start
- HHS/OIG search within 30 days of start
- Sex offender search within 30 days of start
- Education verification of highest completed education
- Negative drug screen within 1 year of start
- 2 references, including a supervisor reference within the last year
- Updated resume covering the last 7 years of employment, with explanations for gaps over 30 days
- Annual skills checklist
Health Requirements
- Annual physical or statement of health
- N95 fit test within 1 year of start
- Tdap vaccination
- TB clearance or chest X-ray
- MMR immunity
- Hepatitis B immunity, vaccination series, or signed declination within the past year
- Varicella immunity
- Seasonal flu vaccination or approved exemption during the required season
